POSTAGE/PACKAGING & DELIVERY CHARGES - OVERSEAS
These charges will be E Mailed to you with the total cost of your order and a choice of airmail or surface mail. We will then await your preferred method of despatch.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards or you may post a cheque to us if you prefer.

Your credit card information is encrypted to ensure your transaction is secure.

All our prices are in GBP (£ sterling) and include VAT.

We are entitled to present your cheque or credit card details (to be checked) to our Bank before we despatch any goods. We will not despatch any goods until after funds have cleared.

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days if paid by credit card and in the case of a cheque payment, when funds have cleared our Bank.

RETURNS
If you need to return an item because it is faulty please send it back or call into the shop personally. Postage will be refunded on any faulty item. On receipt, we will offer you a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods. Your payment will be returned less the initial Postage / Packaging cost. We will also deduct a £2.50 or 5% handling charge (whichever is the higher). Please note that CD's and Cassettes are excluded from our cancellation policy.

DATA PROTECTION
Your details will not be used by us or forwarded to a third party for the purposes of unsolicited marketing.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.

These terms and any claim based on the use of information from this website shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT has been added.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
